Beginning with our initial consultation we work to get to know our client. Our discussion helps us understand each person’s unique identity and the goals they hope to achieve. The following information is attained and given in these meetings:
We continue our collaborative relationship throughout the design process with several meetings. Working to balance the overall vision of the space with our clients’ tastes, needs and budget is paramount in the design phase. This process can take a minimum of six weeks depending on the scope of the project. The design phase results in a final presentation where all the selections are discussed. The client is presented with pricing and signs off on all of the approved estimates. All furniture, lighting, artwork, wallcovering and floorcovering are purchased through Lauren Hurlbrink Interiors upon completion and approval of the design phase.
In this final phase we guide our clients through the procurement and execution of their given projects. All orders are processed and tracked. Deliveries are inspected and any damaged items are replaced. Lighting is delivered and installed. Wallcovering is installed. An install date is scheduled to deliver all furniture, rugs and accessories. Artwork is hung at this time and accessories are placed in the space. Punch list items are indentified at this point and rectified. Our project is complete and our client has a beautiful home to enjoy!
